At Hotel Laghetto the cuisine is a family affair, we personally take care of the food products selection and the preparation of the menus with a preference for traditional dishes. Our philosophy is to preserve and share the taste and wealth of cuisine typical to the Aosta Valley consisting of simple and authentic flavours.
To sit at the table is a ritual that must be celebrated in company, with a good wine and a dish that has a good scent. The large windows of the dining room overlooking the lake illuminate the fir wood panelling and the ancient beams, the light reflects on every detail and decoration creating a warm and hospitable atmosphere.
